Commission Policy

1. Purpose

This Commission Policy explains how commissions are earned, calculated, approved, adjusted, and paid to affiliates participating in the WarmNest Affiliate Program.

This policy should be read together with the WarmNest Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions and the Payment & Payout Policy.

2. Commission Eligibility

Affiliates earn commission only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer uses a valid WarmNest affiliate link or approved referral code.
• The purchase is successfully tracked by the WarmNest affiliate system.
• The customer's payment is successfully received.
• The order is completed and delivered.
• The return and refund period has expired.
• The transaction complies with all WarmNest policies.
• No fraudulent activity is detected.

WarmNest reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any commission.

3. Commission Structure

WarmNest may offer different commission rates depending on:

• Product category
• Vendor promotions
• Affiliate level
• Seasonal campaigns
• Exclusive promotions
• Special partnerships

Commission rates may vary and can be updated from time to time.

4. Standard Commission Rates

Unless otherwise stated during a promotion, affiliates may earn commissions based on the following ranges:

Actual commission percentages may differ for specific products, brands, vendors, or promotional campaigns.

5. Promotional Commission Rates

WarmNest may temporarily increase or decrease commission rates during:

• Winter Sale
• Friday Drops
• Black Friday
• Cyber Monday
• Holiday campaigns
• Vendor-sponsored promotions
• Product launches

Promotional commission rates apply only during the published campaign period.

6. Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated using the final qualifying selling price paid by the customer after eligible discounts and before any reversed transactions.

The following are generally excluded from commission calculations unless otherwise stated:

• Shipping charges
• Gift cards
• Taxes or statutory charges

• Additional service fees

7. Pending Commissions

New commissions will initially appear as Pending.

Pending commissions remain under review until:

• Payment has been confirmed.
• Delivery has been completed.
• The return period has expired.
• Fraud checks have been completed.

Pending commissions cannot be withdrawn.

8. Approved Commissions

A commission becomes Approved when:

• The order is successfully completed.
• No refund has been requested.
• No cancellation has occurred.
• The transaction passes fraud verification.

Only approved commissions are eligible for payment.

9. Rejected Commissions

Commissions may be rejected where:

• Orders are cancelled.
• Customer payments fail.
• Orders are refunded.
• Chargebacks occur.
• Fraud is detected.
• Referral tracking is invalid.
• Affiliate policies have been violated.

Rejected commissions are not payable.

10. Commission Reversals

WarmNest may reverse previously approved commissions if:

• A refund is processed.
• A chargeback is received.
• Fraud is later identified.
• Duplicate tracking is discovered.
• System errors result in incorrect commission calculations.

WarmNest reserves the right to recover overpaid commissions.

11. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commission on:

• Their own purchases.
• Purchases made using their own referral links.
• Purchases made by creating additional customer accounts.
• Purchases intended to artificially generate commissions.

Such commissions will be cancelled.

12. Vendor Restrictions

Marketplace vendors participating in the Affiliate Program:

• May promote their own stores and other eligible products where permitted.
• May not earn affiliate commissions on purchases from their own vendor account unless expressly approved by WarmNest.
• Must not manipulate pricing or promotions to increase affiliate earnings.

13. Fraud Prevention

The following activities will result in commission cancellation and may lead to account suspension or termination:

• Fake orders
• Fake customer accounts
• Bot traffic
• Cookie stuffing
• Click fraud

• Incentivized fake purchases
• Refund abuse
• Identity fraud
• Commission manipulation

WarmNest may investigate any suspicious activity before approving commissions.

14. Bonus Commissions

WarmNest may introduce bonus incentives, including:

• Top Affiliate rewards
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Vendor-sponsored campaigns
• Seasonal bonus events
• Referral milestones
• Special promotional contests

Bonus eligibility will be announced separately and may include additional terms.

15. Commission Reporting

Affiliates can monitor their earnings through the WarmNest Affiliate Dashboard, which may display:

• Clicks
• Referral traffic
• Orders
• Pending commissions
• Approved commissions
• Rejected commissions
• Paid commissions
• Commission history

Reports are provided for informational purposes and may be updated following audits or adjustments.

16. Disputes

If an affiliate believes a commission has been incorrectly calculated or rejected, they must submit a dispute within 30 days of the transaction date.

WarmNest may request supporting information during its investigation.

WarmNest's decision after completing the review will be final.

17. Policy Updates

WarmNest reserves the right to amend this Commission Policy at any time.

Updated versions will take effect from the published effective date. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
