📦 WarmNest Vendor Packaging Guidelines & Policy
By accepting these guidelines, vendors agree to comply with all packaging standards.
1. Purpose
These guidelines ensure that all orders shipped through WarmNest maintain:
- Consistent presentation
- Safe and secure delivery
- Efficient courier handling

2. Mandatory Packaging Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
All vendors must ensure every order meets the following:
- ✔ Product secured
- ✔ Shipping label attached and visible
Failure to meet these requirements may result in penalties or restricted platform access.
3. Product Protection Standards
All products must be packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Required:
- Use protective materials where necessary (bubble wrap, kraft paper, etc.)
- Ensure no empty space that allows movement inside the box
- Seal all openings securely
Fragile Items:
- Must include extra padding
- Should be clearly marked (if applicable)
4. WarmNest Branding Requirements
To maintain a consistent customer experience:
Allowed:
- Vendors may include their own branding inside the package only (e.g. thank-you cards, inserts, promotions)
Not Allowed:
- External branding that overrides WarmNest identity
5. Shipping Label Requirements
- Labels must be printed clearly and attached flat on the package
- No covering or obstructing the label
- Old labels must be removed or fully covered
6. Courier Readiness
Before dispatch, vendors must ensure:
- Package is properly sealed
- Correct size and weight category selected
- Parcel is ready for immediate courier collection
7. Non-Compliance Policy
WarmNest reserves the right to enforce the following:
- First incident → Warning
- Second incident → Penalty fee
- Repeated issues → Temporary suspension of listings
8. Quality Control (Onboarding Requirement)
New vendors may be required to:
- Upload images of their first packaged orders
WarmNest may conduct random checks to ensure compliance.
